2. Script with Pain Points

Craft your script around customer pain points. Understand their needs and tailor your approach accordingly. Anticipate objections and have responses ready.

3. Set a Daily Target

Consistency is key. Aim to make a certain number of calls daily. Treat it like a numbers game – the more calls you make, the greater your chances of success.

4. Learn to Fail and Get Back Up

Rejection is inevitable. Learn from each call, adapt, and keep pushing forward. Success comes from resilience and perseverance.

5. Befriend the Gatekeeper

Build rapport with receptionists or gatekeepers. They can be valuable allies in reaching decision-makers. Invest time in understanding their role and company dynamics.

6. Don't Ask for the Sale, Book an Appointment

Focus on booking a meeting, not closing the deal, during cold calls. Use the call to secure an appointment, where you can further discuss solutions and close the sale.
