3. Hire Entrepreneurial-Minded Problem Solvers
Don't settle for warm bodies. Look for team members with entrepreneurial problem-solving skills. Align hires with your core values and goals. Invest in leadership skills to nurture a strong team culture.
4. Don't Just Say it Once
Repetition is key. People need to hear things multiple times to remember and internalize them. Don't get frustrated if your team doesn't grasp something immediately. Communicate with patience and care for better understanding and team cohesion.
